AutoPiX is a major international project focused on improving healthcare for people with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMDs).
The AutoPiX project brings together pharmaceutical and medical technology partners with leading academic institutions to enhance the use of imaging biomarkers for patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), and axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA), collectively known as systemic arthritides.
It aims to develop advanced imaging tools and artificial intelligence (AI) models to better diagnose, monitor, and treat these conditions. These tools will make use of imaging biomarkers—like X-rays, ultrasounds, and MRIs—to provide more precise and personalised care.
Collective Minds is a health-tech startup founded in Sweden in 2017. We develop and deliver a cloud-based collaboration platform for healthcare, medical education, and research, with the goal of helping more patients to the right diagnosis and treatment faster.
We are 60 passionate colleagues from 25 different countries, distributed between Sweden, Spain, Denmark, and the UK. All with one common goal; to change, and improve the future of healthcare collaboration.
Collective Minds will provide and maintain the data repository for the AutoPiX project, we will also connect all industrial and clinical partners to the data repository and make sure that data is uploaded in a safe and secure manner. Project partners will also be able to connect to the Collective Minds platform to perform their work on the project image data.
